We had a great Halloween! As usual, the festivities lasted more than a week. Every year by the time Halloween actually comes, I'm worn out, the costumes are worn out, and we're all just about sick from all the sugar we've devoured. This year was no exception.
Round 1: Neighborhood Party
Our friends had a party last week, and expected us to have our costumes ready a whole week in advance. I'm a last minute kind of girl, so of course we had to dig through the costume box to see what we could find. Marissa was Miss America, Noelle was Little Red Riding Hood, Liz was a hula girl, and Brynn a cheerleader.
I worked furiously all day to finish every one's costumes and was happy that everybody's fit since I had made them without patterns while they were at school.
Marissa as a flapper, Bailey as her dad, and Noelle as a fortune teller.
Cowgirl Brynn, 70's dancer Ensley, and Cowboy Kruze.
Cousins (Marissa, Julie, and Bailee) who think they are funny.
We went indoor trick-or-treating and the kids all got tons of candy!

Very cute. Your costumes are always the best. Brynn looks so grown up! She is such a cutie
Your girls are pretty halloweeners! Oakley might have a real cousin crush on Brynn now, he keeps wanting me to make the picture of her big. Good job on costumes!
Cowgirl Brynny Bowleggy = so, so cute!
Yes, all four are distinctively beautiful in their "era" appropriate costumes. Aren't we happy to put those all in the costume box for another year? Seeing as they don't really double for nativity costumes, well maybe Noelle's, somehow.
