Lizzie had a birthday on Saturday! She's getting to be so big! She has definitely mellowed out this past year, and is getting to be such a sweet big girl, but still has her Lizzie spunk!
Here's 5 reasons we love Liz:
1. She's a great helper. She keeps us to our work schedule, and will help pitch in when it's her turn! Lots of times she will surprise me by cleaning her room all by herself or making my bed for me, and then have me close my eyes and lead me to see the surprise.
2. She's a good big sister. She likes to make sure that everything is fair for Brynn and nobody is picking on her.
3. She's a smart girl. It's been so fun to see her little light bulb in her head turn on, she's catching on to so many new concepts. She loves to write words, find "her" letters (L I Z) all over, and has figured out adding. What fun!
4. She's a great sleeper, and always has been. Maybe that's why she loves PJ's so much. She still will take a nap when I'm a mean mom and make her, without it messing up her night sleeping.
5. She has a fun personality, but you have to work each day to have her like you as much as you like her. Kirk is constantly trying to get on her good side, and some days she adores him, but other days he's just okay. This picture of her with her preschool teacher, Miss Tiffany, is classic Liz, with her like "Yeah, you're alright, I'll give you a half smile".
Lizzie celebrated her birthday with a Luau Birthday Party! It was so much fun!
We invited 12 of her friends and had great activities like a limbo, water games, and a pinata.

Your girls just keep getting prettier and prettier. You are going to have your hands full in a few years when they all start becoming teenagers!! Happy Birthday Lizzie girl, we love you!
