My parents used to take us kids on "ride, ho, ho's", and as kids we always wanted to know what our destination was, instead of just enjoying the ride. We took our kids on a little Jeep ride, ho, ho, this last week. We went for a ride in Bulldog Canyon out by Usary Mountain. The girls love Jeep rides, and don't have any fear - but make constant fun of me, because I think being at a crazy steep incline going up a mountain is a little scary!
When we got to the top of a rather steep hill, we stopped and ate some lunch.
Then we went for a little hike for about .003 miles, until Brynn got a "blister" (which was just a little red mark on her heel) and Kirk ended up carrying her. So that cut our hike a little short.
We loved the beautiful desert!

So fun! Kirk is such a fun dad, even with all girls, he gets his guy stuff in too!
